SummerIsland Systems is a software solutions and digital services company based in Abuja, Nigeria. We design, build, and support web and mobile applications for businesses and organizations — from SMEs to government agencies.
Founded by Solomon Ukporo, a cybersecurity analyst and software engineer, the company was built around a simple observation: Nigerian businesses keep getting generic, overseas-built templates when what they actually need is technology designed around local payment rails, local customer behaviour, and local network conditions.
From our Abuja base, we build everything ourselves — the websites, the mobile apps, the admin dashboards, the integrations. No subcontracting, no white-labelled templates. When you hire us, you're hiring the engineers who write the code.

Solomon Ukporo
Founder & CEO
Solomon is a software engineer and cybersecurity analyst based in Abuja. He holds certifications from ISC2 and Google, and leads all technical delivery at SummerIsland Systems — from initial architecture through deployment and ongoing security.
His work spans production WhatsApp platforms, WordPress commerce systems, Flutter mobile apps, and custom fraud-detection infrastructure.
